California law generally requires businesses to disclose the purposes for which personal information is collected and used, and to avoid using it for materially different purposes without additional notice.
Leaper One allows users to create forms and collect submissions from visitors. If you use our form tools, you are responsible for the form content you publish, including your disclosures, consent text, and your handling of submissions. We act as the platform provider for these tools, while the business using the form is responsible for its communications and legal compliance in connection with the collected data. Leaper One may store and display form submissions, contact records, notes, tags, quotes, appointments, and related CRM data so the user can manage leads and customer relationships through the Services.
If you are part of a team or organization account, your manager, owner, or admin may be able to manage your seat, view shared templates, review company assets, access team-level settings, and manage certain content associated with the organization. Leaper One may also use administrative access or support impersonation tools for troubleshooting, maintenance, customer support, security review, or issue resolution when authorized within the platform setup.
If you use Leaper One's business card scanner or OCR features, we may process image and text data from scanned business cards so you can review, edit, and save contact information. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to scan, upload, or store the information you submit.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. Leaper One may receive limited billing-related details such as subscription status, plan type, renewal dates, transaction confirmations, and customer identifiers, but we do not intend to store full payment card numbers directly unless expressly stated. Your payment information may also be subject to the privacy terms of the relevant payment processor.
We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to:
Where required, we may provide cookie notices or consent options. California law and privacy regulations increasingly expect businesses to provide clear notice around data collection and consumer privacy choices.
We do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of directly exchanging it for money. We may, however, disclose information to service providers, contractors, processors, and integration partners who help us operate the Services. California privacy law requires agreements with service providers, contractors, and third parties that receive personal information for business purposes.
We may share personal information with:
We may also disclose information:
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support backup, security, and recovery processes. In some cases, deleted data may remain in archives or backups for a limited period before being removed. California regulations recognize that deletion from archived or backup systems may in some cases be delayed until the relevant backup system is restored or accessed in the ordinary course.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. These may include access controls, authentication measures, secure infrastructure practices, and role-based permissions where appropriate. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. FTC business guidance emphasizes that businesses should understand what personal data they hold, limit access appropriately, and maintain reasonable security practices.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. For California residents, the CCPA/CPRA provides rights that may include:
California guidance states that businesses generally must confirm receipt of certain privacy requests within 10 business days and substantively respond within 45 calendar days, with a possible extension in some cases.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. You may also be permitted to use an authorized agent where applicable.
Leaper One is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take steps to delete it. FTC privacy guidance highlights separate legal responsibilities around children's privacy.
If you access Leaper One from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other locations where our vendors or service providers operate. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your home country.
Our Services may contain links to third-party sites, tools, or services, or allow integrations with outside platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing information with them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may post the revised version on our website or notify users through the platform or by email. Your continued use of the Services after the updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised policy.
